Poha is one of the most popular Indian breakfasts. It’s light, easy to digest, and full of flavor. Perfect for mornings when you want something quick yet filling.
Serving Idea: Garnish with fresh coriander, sev, and a squeeze of lemon.
Variation: Add peanuts, peas, or grated coconut to make it more nutritious.
Ingredients:
1 cup poha (washed and drained)
1 onion (chopped)
1 green chilli
Mustard seeds, curry leaves
Salt & lemon juice
Method:
1. Heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, onion, and chilli.
2. Add washed poha and salt. Mix well.
3. Squeeze lemon juice before serving.
